Its Been hard for me to paint lately. The last few paintings have Been way to emotional. The first of the last that i have done was as a gift for my Awesome Buddy. To celebrate his sobriety and dedication to his kids. I Painted his lil girl and He loved it! He was so grateful and surprised. A few weeks later, Unexpectedly he Died, and i am still so upset even tho it has been a few months. Our Community of Sex Love and Rock N Roll decided to have a benefit for the 4 kids he left behind, We had Awesome music and an art Auction. So Of couse i had to Donate. But i decided to do a new painting and after a long hard thought i decided to Celebrate his life. So i did a Fun loving Jay in one of his many beloved bugs. I cried thru the whole thing and i could hardly even see what i was doing. Then i hated it when i was finished.. And was way too embarrassed. But My husband made me donate it anyway. It did bring a lot of money to his kids so i guess it was good.
Now i have to bring myself to paint again......I miss you Jay!!!!
